The Show with the comeback – Balmain

Creative Director, Olivier Rousteing is reconsidering the house’s signature “I wanted to explore something casual and sporty”. In our opinion there is no better girl to do that than Rosie Huntington Whitley. She made her comeback to the catwalk and looked stunning.

The show with a new direction – Balenciaga

“The idea was to start strong and austere, and let that unravel,” Creative director Wang said before the show. “I want to bring ease into the DNA and codes of the house that I’m working with.” It was no secret that Wang’s vision for the label was to inject a certain casualness in to his version’s of the collections and that is exactly what he did.

The Show that everyone is talking about – Rick Owens

Labelled a joyous assault on fashion orthodoxy, Owens replaced his models with an All American dance troop. Inspired by stepping teams and cheerleaders, Owens worked to produce a performance that was spectacularly synchronized with a collection to match. He invited dancers to take over his runway to reflect his open approach to fashion. The entire front row, to include Natalie Massenet were astounded.
